You asked for it, we did it. Anghello now allows you to customize your visitor registration forms by adding specific fields to better meet your specific needs.
Adding Custom Fields
With this new feature, you can easily enhance your visitor registration form with custom fields. Whether it's to collect contact information, know the reason for the visit, find out which mode of transportation was used, store the badge number, ... the possibilities are almost endless!
These fields are added to the basic fields (name, first name, company) and are displayed in the second step of the registration process for a smooth user experience.
Different types of form fields are available: Free text, email address, number, yes/no, dropdown list...
Easy Configuration of Custom Fields
Each custom field you add to your registration form is fully configurable according to your needs:
- Required Field: Decide if the field must be filled in by visitors.
- Privacy Compliance: Make certain fields auto-anonymizable to ensure GDPR compliance, useful for fields storing personal data.
- Customization Options: Adjust the settings according to the field type, such as setting minimum and maximum values for a numeric field, or the possible choices for a dropdown list.
- Multilingual Support: Translate your fields into multiple languages to accommodate your international visitors.
- Display Order: Rearrange the order of fields according to your preferences for a logical presentation.
Easy Access to Visitor Data
The information entered in the custom fields is easily accessible. Simply click on a visitor's name from your dashboard or the visit history page to access this data.
