New Feature: QR-Code Posters and Security Options

We have a new feature designed to save you even more time: generating ready-to-use QR-Code posters. With our poster templates, you can quickly digitize your visitor registry without the need to create your own poster from the QR-Code image.

QR-Code Poster Generation

You can now create QR-Code posters in just a few clicks. Simply choose a poster template and the language of your choice. The poster will automatically include: the QR-Code of the site, your organization's logo, the site name, and the explanatory notice in the selected language.

All you need to do is print it out and display it at the reception to allow your visitors to easily register with their smartphones.

Advanced Security Options

To ensure optimal security when registering visitors via QR-Code, we have introduced new security features:

• QR-Code Regeneration: You can regenerate a new QR-Code at any time, invalidating the previous one to prevent any fraudulent or unauthorized use.
• Connection Control: Allow or disallow connections from visitor smartphones using a proxy or VPN for added security.
